We are looking for a UX Specialist with a strong UX/UI foundation to work on UX Audit and UX/UI Design projects for websites and digital products (especially in the eCommerce domain). You will work closely with the UX Lead and follow standardized frameworks and processes.

This role focuses on:

  • Analyzing user experience
  • Identifying friction points in user journeys
  • Proposing and designing clear, effective UX/UI solutions

Key Responsibilities

UX Audit & Analysis

  • Conduct UX audits based on heuristic evaluation and UX best practices
  • Analyze key user flows (Homepage → PLP → PDP → Cart → Checkout)
  • Identify usability issues and friction points
  • Clearly structure findings: issue → evidence → impact → recommendation

UX Solution & Flow Design

  • Build sitemap, information architecture, and user flows
  • Propose UX improvements based on audit insights
  • Create wireframes (mid/high fidelity) for key flows

UI Design (eCommerce-focused)

  • Design UI for eCommerce websites (PLP, PDP, Checkout, etc.)
  • Ensure clear visual hierarchy, intuitive CTAs, and usability
  • Deliver responsive designs (desktop + mobile) using Figma
  • Build basic components to ensure UI consistency

Design System (Project-based UI Kit)

  • Establish UI foundations for each project:
    • Typography, color, spacing, layout rules
  • Build and standardize:
    • Components (buttons, forms, product cards, filters, cart, checkout, etc.)
    • UI states (hover, error, empty, loading, etc.)
  • Organize reusable components in Figma
  • Prepare guidelines and handoff notes to support accurate development implementation

Data-informed UX (Basic)

  • Understand the role of data in improving UX
  • Read and interpret basic data from GA4, heatmaps (Hotjar, Clarity, etc.)
  • (Plus) Contribute to tracking plan ideas

Documentation & Collaboration

  • Support UX report creation based on available templates
  • Present insights clearly and logically
  • Collaborate with UX Lead, PM, and developers when needed

Requirements

Must-have

  • 3–5 years of experience in UX/UI or Product Design
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and user flows
  • Experience designing eCommerce interfaces (PLP, PDP, Checkout, etc.)
  • Proficiency in Figma (auto layout, components, responsive design)
  • Ability to build UI Kit / mini Design System for each project
  • Understanding of component-based design, UI states, and responsive rules
  • Ability to translate insights into clear UX/UI solutions
  • Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in UX audit or usability evaluation
  • Basic understanding of GA4, heatmaps, or user behavior data
  • Data-informed UX mindset
  • Experience writing UX reports or working with clients
  • Experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms is a plus
