Job Description:
- Provide customer support during the installation and usage of BSS Commerce Shopify products.
- Collaborate with the development team to create tasks, relay technical issues, and manage customizations.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests and offer solutions as needed.
- Report recurring issues to the product team for ongoing product improvements.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ideally a university student in their third or final year, aged 22-25.
- Working hours are from 0:00 to 7:00 AM on weekdays. Weekend shifts are optional.
- Compensation based on hours worked.
- Proficient in English (IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent).
- Basic technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analytical thinking.
- Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
- Quick learner, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
