Job Description:

  • Provide support to customers for installation and usage of BSS Commerce Shopify products.
  • Collaborate with the development team by creating tasks, conveying technical issues, and coordinating on customizations.
  • Keep customers updated on the progress of their requests.
  • Report common issues to the product team for continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ideally a university student in the third or final year, aged 22-25.
  • Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, with working hours from 0h-7h on weekdays; optional weekend shifts.
  • Compensation based on hours worked.
  • Proficient in English (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent).
  • Basic technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Prior customer support experience in tech or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Quick learner and team player.
