Job Description:
- Provide support to customers for installation and usage of BSS Commerce Shopify products.
- Collaborate with the development team by creating tasks, conveying technical issues, and coordinating on customizations.
- Keep customers updated on the progress of their requests.
- Report common issues to the product team for continuous improvement.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ideally a university student in the third or final year, aged 22-25.
- Minimum commitment of 30 hours per week, with working hours from 0h-7h on weekdays; optional weekend shifts.
- Compensation based on hours worked.
- Proficient in English (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent).
- Basic technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
- Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Prior customer support experience in tech or e-commerce is a plus.
- Quick learner and team player.
