Job Description:

  • Provide customer support during the installation and usage of BSS Commerce Shopify products.
  • Collaborate with the development team to create tasks, relay technical issues, and manage customizations.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests and offer solutions as needed.
  • Report recurring issues to the product team for ongoing product improvements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Working hours are from 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM
  • Basic technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analytical thinking.
  • Quick learner, team-oriented, and able to work independently.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with ReactJS and NodeJS is an advantage
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
