What we expect you to perform

  • Be a team leader in Javascript-based technologies.
  • Do architecture design & solution design in software development for international customers.
  • Write reusable, effective, and scalable JavaScript code.
  • Test, update, and optimize the application for performance and security.
  • Be a driver for improving processes and technology to help deliver a better product experience.
  • Actively participate in suggesting and implementing improvements to developer workflows and introducing new ways of working and technology that help the team move faster.
  • Be a mentor for a fast-growing team and have the desire to build your own team.

Who we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience with multiple JavaScript-based technologies.
  • Deep knowledge of NodeJS & React.
  • Nice to have skills in React Native, Flutter
  • Experience with building SPA & complicated applications.
  • Ability to speak English fluently to work in an international environment
  • Understand software architecture in practice with scalable solutions in mind.
  • Experience mentoring junior developers
