Job Overview

We are seeking a talented content marketer specializing in crafting persuasive and conversion-driven content. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating high-quality, engaging content that aligns with SEO strategies and maximizes conversion rates, targeting an English-speaking B2B audience. 

The primary focus will be promoting our Point of Sale solution to Magento merchants. The candidate’s key performance indicators (KPIs) will be directly related to generating high-quality leads for this solution.


  • Conversion-Centric Content: Develop compelling and persuasive content designed to maximize conversion rates.
  • SEO Alignment: Collaborate closely with the team to ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and contributes to achieving keyword ranking goals.
  • Content Variety: Produce various content types to promote our solution, including website copy, landing pages, email campaigns, product descriptions, and sales collateral.
  • Content Promotion: Publish content on all marketing channels, including the website, social media, advertisements, and other relevant platforms, amplifying our ability to meet KPIs.
  • Content Optimization: Analyze and propose actions to optimize and improve the content performance to achieve the team’s KPIs.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate with clients to gather product and service feedback, then publish quality case studies and testimonials to build trust and drive conversions.
  • Team Management: Recruit and manage a team of freelance writers, providing guidance and feedback to ensure the production of high-quality content that aligns with our KPIs.


  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Content Marketing Specialist with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality, KPI-driven content targeting English-speaking audiences.
  • SEO Understanding: Familiarity with SEO principles and how to integrate them into content for conversion optimization.
  • Excellent Writing Skills: Outstanding writing and editing skills with a proven ability to craft persuasive and action-oriented content. IELTS 7.0 or above.
  • Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to create content that resonates with the target audience.
  • Communication Skills: Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with the SEO team, freelance writers, and other stakeholders to pursue our KPIs.
  • Team Management: Experience in managing freelance writer teams, providing guidance, and ensuring the production of high-quality content is a plus.


  • Salary: 16-20M gross with performance rewards, reviewed every 6 months
  • 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM)
