Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our Services Department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

What will you do

  • Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Research and identify potential clients and business opportunities within the e-commerce sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Drive sales growth by developing and executing effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, partnership, and project development teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends to BOD.

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the e-commerce industry.
  • Fluent in English is a must; fluency in another language is a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and establishing relationships with international customers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
