We’re currently seeking an experienced Business Consultant. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Managing Director and internal specialists to identify new global business opportunities, develop long-lasting client relationships throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
1.Sales & Growth Enablement
- Drive sales and revenue growth by delivering tailored, consultative solutions that align with client business goals.
- Support upsell and cross-sell opportunities by advising clients on additional services, subscriptions, and long-term growth strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact, nurturing strong, long-term client relationships.
2.Strategic Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing and project development teams to ensure a seamless client journey from pitch to delivery.
- Standardize the sales process for better conversion rates.
3.Market Insights & Business Development
- Identify and assess new opportunities with a focus on EU and US markets.
- Represent at global conferences, industry events, and business forums to strengthen brand authority and generate opportunities.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and potential business opportunities.
4.Reporting
- Provide regular reports on business consulting activities, pipeline progress, and market insights to the management team.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in sales, business development or a related role within eCommerce agencies.
- Strong digital strategy, experience and market knowledge.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6:15 PM)
- 13.5 days of annual absence (12 days in accordance with the law + 1.5 days company trip).
