Product: Omni Themes’ Eurus & Maximize

Overview: The Sales Support Specialist is the first point of contact for merchants evaluating our products before purchase. You will consult, demonstrate, and nurture leads through to conversion — combining presales skills with a genuine understanding of the Shopify ecosystem. 

Key responsibilities

  • Review and triage incoming tickets daily to identify high-intent prospects; ensure first response within 2 hours for active leads
  • Produce personalized screen-recorded demos (Loom or similar) tailored to each merchant’s industry and use case
  • Execute follow-up sequences for prospects who have not yet converted
  • Handle common objections around pricing, compatibility, and competitor comparisons using a defined playbook
  • Document recurring objections and conversion patterns; report weekly to CS Lead.
  • Conduct video calls (Google Meet, Zoom) to demo the theme for prospective customers.

Requirements

Must have:

  • 1–2 years in customer support, presales, or a sales-adjacent role
  • Working knowledge of Shopify — store admin, theme basics, merchant workflows
  • Proficient written English; able to communicate clearly with international customers
  • Comfortable recording and sending screen demos (Loom or similar)
  • Organized and self-directed in managing a multi-thread ticket queue

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Shopify OS 2.0 themes
  • Prior use of Crisp or any helpdesk tools.
  • Background in fashion, F&B, beauty, or other ecom verticals
  • Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization

Compensation

  • Base: up to 18,000,000 VND/month Gross (commensurate with experience) reviewed after the first 2 months and every 6 months. 13th-month salary based on business performance.
  • Commission: performance-based, tied to presales convert rate
  • Probation: 2 months at 85% base salary; full benefits upon confirmation
  • Working time: 5 days per week, 8:30 to 17:45, Monday to Friday. 13.5 days of paid leave per year (12 statutory days + 1.5 days for the annual company trip). Flexible working hours supported.
