Operyn enables brands to understand and improve how they appear in AI search. We combine visibility tracking, competitive benchmarking, and structured insights into a unified dashboard. We are building the infrastructure layer for brand performance in the AI-native web.

Key responsibilities

  • Collect, analyze requirements, and research problems to identify innovative design solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and Marketers to develop ideas and concepts that align with user needs and business goals.
  • Clearly and effectively communicate design ideas and prototypes to stakeholders and the Product Development Team.
  • Monitor and adjust designs after implementation to ensure quality, usability, and alignment with the product’s objectives.
  • Create visual assets for marketing purposes

Requirements

  • A strong desire for personal development and a commitment to continuous learning.
  • A passion for making practical impacts on products and users, focusing on usability and functionality instead of appearance alone.
  • High sense of responsibility to accompany product cycle from ideation to final execution.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital product design, preferably for web applications or e-commerce (provide a portfolio of previous work).
  • Proficient in wireframing, mockups, and prototyping
  • Experience working with Figma, WordPress and other prototyping tools.
  • Strong teamwork skills and an ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • English reading and comprehension skills (equivalent to IELTS 5.5).
