Key Responsibilities:
- Partner Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, connect, and onboard potential partners (digital agencies, solution providers, technology partners) into the BSS Commerce partner ecosystem.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners; act as the main point of contact and advocate for partners within BSS Commerce.
- Training & Support: Provide partners with training, resources, and necessary support to effectively promote and implement BSS Commerce solutions to their clients.
- Co-Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the Marketing team to execute joint activities such as webinars, case studies, workshops, and events to strengthen partnerships.
- Performance Monitoring: Track partner performance metrics, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve engagement and success.
- Sales Support: Work closely with the Sales/product team to ensure partners drive revenue and achieve shared business goals.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and consolidate feedback from partners to help improve products, support processes, and the partner program.
- Travel: Occasional travel to meet partners in person or attend events with the team.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, or a similar role within SaaS, eCommerce, or Digital Marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the eCommerce ecosystem, particularly Shopify, B2B Wholesale, etc.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Relationship-Building: Proven ability to establish and maintain strong partner relationships as well as collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret data, analyze metrics, and make data-driven decisions.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional and international team environments.
- Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with shifting priorities.
