We’re seeking a hands-on Marketing Lead who turns strategy into results. You’ll build and scale a lean, high-impact marketing engine focused on generating qualified leads and supporting sustainable business growth. This role combines leadership and execution—you’ll guide the team, collaborate with senior stakeholders and sales, and take full ownership of our positioning, messaging, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead our go-to-market and demand generation strategy across paid, organic, and partner channels
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns: email, PPC, SEO, events, and more
- Design and optimize automation workflows and lead nurture sequences
- Plan and manage conversion paths: landing pages, forms, lead magnets, email drips
- Direct content strategy—case studies, blog posts, guides—to support pipeline goals
- Align closely with sales on ICP, lead quality, and reporting
- Analyze campaign and pipeline performance, delivering actionable insights
- Test, iterate, and scale what works—fail fast, learn faster
- Manage agencies/vendors as needed while keeping core execution in-house
Qualifications
- 4–6+ years of global B2B SaaS or tech marketing experience, including 2+ years leading internal and outsourced teams
- Proven track record of lead generation and marketing automation
- Experience building funnels from scratch and aligning marketing with sales
- Strong grasp of low-volume, high-value markets and complex buyer journeys
- Comfortable switching between strategy and execution—you’re hands-on
- Data-savvy: you track performance, optimize conversions, and justify spend
- Outcome-driven: you measure success by qualified leads and pipeline, not just channel metrics
- Excellent communicator, confident working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent English (7.0 IELTS or equivalent)
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing to ecommerce merchants using Magento, Shopify, or related platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and B2B content strategy
- Background in writing clear, compelling, and value-driven messaging—especially for technical or ecommerce-savvy audiences
