We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will take the helm in driving impactful lead-generation marketing strategies and accelerate our growth globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market Research: Analyze target audiences, identify growth opportunities, and uncover market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Paid Ads Management: Oversee the performance of paid advertising campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize budget allocation and ROI.
  • Performance Analytics: Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance, generate insights, and produce detailed reports for stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to refine and improve campaign strategies continuously.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Management Board and Marketing team to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience with proven results in paid search marketing, with a focus in English-speaking markets.
  • Attitude: Demonstrate a proactive mindset by actively providing suggestions, giving constructive feedback, challenging ideas, and continuously seeking improvements.
  • Skills: Good planning and organizational skills, with demonstrated expertise in developing and executing detailed PPC marketing strategies.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS 7.0 or above.
  • Analytical Mindset: Proficient in managing, collecting, and analyzing data to drive actionable insights and optimize marketing performance.
  • Technologically Savvy: In-depth understanding of digital marketing tools and the latest marketing technologies. Experience with design tools and eCommerce platforms such as Magento and Shopify, is a plus.
