What we expect you to perform
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant B2B channels.
- Develop and execute full-funnel B2B paid media strategies focused on MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline growth.
- Optimize CPL, CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates across channels.
- Build audience targeting strategies, retargeting flows, and budget allocation models.
- Run structured A/B testing on creatives, messaging, landing pages, and audience segments.
- Set up and manage tracking systems (GA4, GTM, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Meta Pixel).
- Build dashboards and deliver performance reports with clear insights and next-step recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Brand and Social team to refine content strategy, targeting and messaging, ensuring higher lead quality and improved paid campaign efficiency.
- Manage and track budgets to ensure effective ROI measurement.
- Successfully prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
Who you are
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience running performance marketing campaigns, ideally in B2B or enterprise-focused industries.
- Strong experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads (Meta and YouTube experience is a plus).
- Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys and long sales cycles.
- Highly analytical about data, dashboards, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
- Proven experience optimizing campaigns for lead generation and pipeline growth.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools (HubSpot,etc.) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Magento, Shopify, and e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
- Keen interest in the latest marketing technologies and their potential to drive demand.
- Possess a positive, can-do attitude that motivates others and aligns with FIRE values.
