ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive with a strong technical mindset — someone who not only runs campaigns but also sets up the entire tracking infrastructure and ad configurations from scratch. You will be the bridge between data, advertising, and insight, ensuring every campaign runs correctly, measures accurately, and is continuously optimized.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technical Tracking & Measurement
- Install and manage Google Tag Manager (GTM): create tags, triggers, and variables for web events
- Configure Google Analytics 4 (GA4): set up events, conversions, audiences, and Explorations reports
- Deploy Microsoft Clarity: set up heatmaps, session recordings, and integrate with GA4
- Test and debug tracking using GTM Preview, GA4 DebugView, and Clarity Dashboard
- Build a standardized data layer for various website types: e-commerce, lead gen, and landing pages
- Collaborate with the dev team to ensure accurate data layer implementation
- Paid Ads – Technical Setup & Optimization
- Install and configure Google Ads: create campaigns, ad groups, tracking templates, and auto-tagging
- Set up Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram): Business Manager, Pixel, Conversions API (CAPI), and Catalog
- Configure TikTok Ads Pixel and Events API for performance campaigns
- Build remarketing audiences from GA4 and platform pixels
- Create and manage a standardized UTM structure across all campaigns
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize key metrics: CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate
- Analytics & Reporting
- Build reporting dashboards in Looker Studio (Google Data Studio) connecting GA4, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Analyze conversion funnels and user behavior using Clarity and GA4
- Run A/B tests for landing pages, ad creatives, and audience segments
- Deliver regular reports (weekly/monthly) with actionable insights and optimization recommendations for clients and internal teams
- Campaign Management & Strategy
- Plan and execute full-funnel digital marketing campaigns (paid search, paid social, display)
- Collaborate with content and design teams to produce assets aligned with campaign objectives
- Manage ad budgets effectively and propose optimal budget allocation across channels
- Stay up to date with trends, algorithm updates, and new features across advertising platforms
REQUIREMENTS
Mandatory Technical Skills
- Proficient in Google Tag Manager: container setup, custom HTML tags, JS variables, event tracking
- Proficient in GA4: event schema, custom dimensions/metrics, Explorations, Audiences, BigQuery export
- Proficient in Microsoft Clarity: installation, heatmap analysis, session recording, GA4 integration
- Strong understanding of data layer structure (dataLayer.push) and standard e-commerce events (GA4 / Enhanced Ecommerce)
- Experience setting up Google Ads conversion tracking and Meta Pixel / CAPI
Experience & Background
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance and data
- Has independently set up tracking from scratch for at least 2–3 real-world projects
- Hands-on experience running and optimizing Google Ads and Meta Ads at campaign level
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript knowledge to read code and self-debug tracking issues
- Experience with Looker Studio, GA4, and GTM at an advanced level
- Familiarity with AI platforms such as Claude or ChatGPT to streamline and automate workflows
