  • Receive requests and answer questions from customers through Freshdesk, skype, live chat
  • Support to handle problems arising when customers install and use BSS Commerce Shopify apps
  • Transfer technical problems, request customizing for the development team, and ensure the quality of work to deliver to customers.
  • Updates to customers on the status of processing requests
  • Advise customers on solutions when using eCommerce and Magento Extensions
  • Work with various teams
  • Conduct other tasks assigned

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • 22-25 years old
  • Fluent in English (IELTS, TOEIC certificate is preferable)
  • Require Communication, Presentation, Analysis, and Critical Thinking Skill
  • Have experience about Technology, Ecommerce, and Marketing at least 6 months is preferable
  • Good teamwork and Quick learner
  • Ready to support clients on different timezone
