Job Description:

  • Work with the product team to provide excellent customer support
  • Help customers set up and use BSS Commerce Shopify apps.
  • Communicate technical issues to the development team and create follow-up tasks.
  • Keep customers updated on their requests.
  • Report common issues to the product team to help improve our apps.
  • Participate in regular online training sessions.
  • Develop and update knowledge base articles, FAQs, and support guides to empower customers to find solutions independently.
  • Handle additional tasks as needed (about 10% of your workload).

Requirements:

  • Preferably 20-25 years old.
  • Availability to work full-time, on-site, 40 hours per week.
  • Proficiency in English, with an IELTS score equal or above 7.0
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analysis.
  • Prior experience in Shopify customer support, and e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus point.
  • Team player with a fast learning ability.
