Job Description

  • Support to handle problems arising when customers install and use BSS Commerce Shopify products
  • Follow the team’s procedure 
  • Receive requests and notes from other team members through Crisp chat/email, Skype, live chat
  • Create tasks/transfer technical problems, request customizing for the development team, and ensure the quality of work to deliver to customers.
  • Updates to customers on the status of processing requests
  • Work with various teams
  • Conduct other tasks assigned

  • Training on-site within the first two weeks


  • Last-year students OR 22-25 years old, with majors in Economics, Foreign Trade, Diplomatic,…is preferable
  • Minimum working hours: 3 hours per day / 18 hours per week / 72-78 hours per month
  • Support clients on Evening and Night Shift from 18h00 – 00:00 during workdays and one shift during the weekend
  • Working days: Monday – Friday is mandatory, Saturday or Sunday (one out of two is mandatory)
  • Fluent in English (IELTS, TOEIC certificate is preferable)
  • Require Communication, Presentation, Analysis, and Critical Thinking Skills
  • Having experience in customer support in Technology & E-commerce at least 6 months is preferable
  • Living in Hanoi is preferable
  • Good teamwork and Quick learning


  • Salary: 45.000VNĐ – 50.000VNĐ/hour (day shift), 70.000VNĐ – 80.000VNĐ/hour (night shift & weekend)
