Job Description:

  • Consult, guide, and support in solving queries about Omni Themes’ products from customers through multiple support channels
  • Support to handle problems arising when customers install and use the Shopify Themes and Apps. 
  • Transfer technical problems, request customization for the development team, and ensure the quality of work delivered to customers.
  • Update customers on the status of processing requests
  • Advise customers on solutions when using eCommerce and Shopify
  • Work with various teams
  • Conduct other tasks assigned

Requirements:

  • Ideally a university student in their third or final year, or between 19-25 years old.
  • Minimum 8 shifts per week (~ 24 hours/week) – with required minimum 1 shift at the weekend. Each day, collaborators can register: Shift 1: 0:00-4:00 AM or Shift 2: 4:00-8:00 AM ; Shift 3: 12:00-4:00 PM or Shift 4: 1:00-5:00 PM ; Training: 1 month from 10:00-17:00, lunch break from 11:45-13:15.
  • Compensation is based on actual hours worked.
  • Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, analysis, and critical thinking.
  • Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
  • Team-oriented with a quick learning capability.
