Job Description:

  • Support customers with the installation, setup, and day-to-day usage of BSS Commerce Shopify apps.
  • Analyze technical issues, record detailed reports, and coordinate with the development team to ensure proper follow-up.
  • Keep customers informed with clear and timely updates on their tickets or requests.
  • Identify common problems and recurring feedback, then share insights with the product team to help enhance app quality.
  • Join regular online training sessions to stay aligned with product updates and support workflows.
  • Handle other assigned operational tasks as needed (around 10% of total responsibilities).

Requirements

  • Age preference: 20-25 years old.
  • Working hours: 18:00 – 0:00 AM or 0:00 – 5:00 AM on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and optional weekend shifts.
  • Fluency in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical matters in a simple, friendly way.
  • Previous experience in Shopify support or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
  • Able to work well in a team environment with a proactive mindset and fast learning ability.
