Job descriptions:

  • Provide timely support to international customers on how to set up and use our Shopify apps effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues encountered during app usage.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Provide timely updates on case progress and ensure smooth communication with customers.
  • Take on additional assigned tasks (if any)

Requirements:

  • Working hours (UTC+7) – Regular shift (Remote): 
    • 4:00 AM – 8:00 AM, Tuesday to Saturday (Start after training is completed)
    • 6:00 PM – 12:00 AM, Sunday to Friday, 6 days per week (Start after training is completed)
  • Proficient in English, equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or higher.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is required.
  • Prior experience in Customer Support/ Technical Support, especially in Technology or E-commerce, is a plus.
  • Hard-working, detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
  • Strong skills in communication, time management, and self-management.
