Job Description
- Work with the product team to provide excellent customer support
- Help customers set up and use Magestore Shopify apps.
- Communicate technical issues to the development team and create follow-up tasks.
- Keep customers updated on their requests.
- Report common issues to the product team to help improve our apps.
- Participate in regular online training sessions.
- Handle additional tasks as needed (about 10% of your workload).
Requirements
- Preferably 20-25 years old.
- Working hours are from 3:00 to 7:00 AM (Optional weekend shifts).
- Proficient in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
- Good Technical Knowledge (IT Realated) is an advantage
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analysis.
- Prior experience in Shopify customer support, and e-commerce is an advantage.
- Team player with a fast learning ability.
