Job Description

  • Work with the product team to provide excellent customer support
  • Help customers set up and use Magestore Shopify apps.
  • Communicate technical issues to the development team and create follow-up tasks.
  • Keep customers updated on their requests.
  • Report common issues to the product team to help improve our apps.
  • Participate in regular online training sessions.
  • Handle additional tasks as needed (about 10% of your workload).

Requirements

  • Preferably 20-25 years old.
  • Working hours are from 3:00 to 7:00 AM (Optional weekend shifts).
  • Proficient in English (IELTS 7.0 or equivalent)
  • Good Technical Knowledge (IT Realated) is an advantage
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analysis.
  • Prior experience in Shopify customer support, and e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Team player with a fast learning ability.
