What you’ll be doing:
- Help customers set up and use Omni Themes’ products: Shopify Themes and Apps on their Shopify stores.
- Work closely with our developer & CS team to report technical issues and handle customization requests.
- Keep customers updated on their requests and suggest helpful solutions when needed.
- Take on other tasks as assigned – we’re always learning and growing together!
- Make sure our customers feel happy and supported throughout their journey.

Requirements:
- Ideally a university student in their third or final year.
- Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with a shift from 21:00 to 01:00, or 22:00 to 2:00, or 23:00 to 3:00
- Priority is given to candidates who are available to work on weekends and public holidays (based on shift allocation).
- Compensation is based on hours worked.
- Proficient in English (IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent).
- Basic technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analytical thinking.
- Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
- Quick learner, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
