As a Conversion Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving traffic to our platform, focusing on affiliate link sign-ups for Shopify. Our goal over the next six months is to strategically lead traffic, secure Shopify referrals, and earn commissions. Additionally, you will contribute to the long-term vision by generating leads for website development services and omnichannel retail solutions.

  1. Responsibilities
  • Planning and reporting: Create monthly and quarterly action plans to achieve KPIs assigned by the Project Owner. Compile detailed reports, assessing campaign performance against established KPIs
  • Ads management: Execute and optimize advertising campaigns to drive affiliate conversions for Shopify sign-ups
  • Email nurturing: Implement effective strategies to acquire and nurture new contacts and enhance conversion rates
  • Website layout and journey planning: Define optimal website layouts and customer journeys to achieve targeted conversion goals
  • Compelling copy creation: Develop persuasive content tailored to convert the target audience
  • Performance monitoring: Constantly monitor campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to enhance conversion rates
  • Customer communication: Engage with potential leads, providing guidance and information to facilitate the conversion process

2. Requirements

  • Minimum 1.5 years of practical experience in digital marketing, with a focus on running campaigns and conversion rate optimization
  • Experience in executing advertising campaigns, particularly in the context of B2B software and services
  • Experience in implementing and managing email strategies to nurture leads and enhance conversion rates
  • Analytical skills to monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to develop persuasive copy for various platforms and engage with leads
  • Result-oriented mindset, willingness to adapt and learn in a fast-paced environment, staying updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Familiarity with these tools is a plus:
    • Google Analytics and Google Ads
    • WordPress
    • A/B testing tools
    • Media design tools
