We have recently acquired On Tap, an exceptional group with deep expertise and a shared commitment to eCommerce excellence for the EU market. We are on the lookout for a Content Marketing Specialist who is passionate about content creation and eager to grow in the dynamic world of eCommerce. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating high-quality, engaging content that aligns with SEO strategies and maximizes conversion rates, targeting an English-speaking B2B audience. 

Working Information:

  • Working type: Full-time & On-site.
  • Working hours: from 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM (with a 1.5-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday.
  • Address: Viwaseen Tower 48 To Huu Street, Trung Van, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi.

Responsibilities

Plan & execute content strategies that align with our brand voice & business goals:

  • High-quality Content: Plan and produce engaging content for different stages of the customer journey, aligning with our brand voice and business goals.
  • Content Variety: Produce various content types to promote our service, including website copy, landing pages, email campaigns, product descriptions, and sales collateral.
  • SEO Alignment: Collaborate closely with the team to ensure content aligns with SEO strategies and contributes to achieving keyword ranking goals.
  • Content Promotion: Publish content on all marketing channels, including the website, social media, advertisements, and other relevant platforms, amplifying our ability to meet KPIs.
  • Content Optimization: Analyze and propose actions to optimize and improve the content performance to achieve the team’s KPIs.
  • Client Engagement: Communicate with clients to gather product and service feedback, then publish quality case studies and testimonials to build trust and drive conversions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1.5 years as a Content Marketing Specialist in global technology companies, with demonstrated ability to produce high-quality content targeting English-speaking audiences.
  • SEO Understanding: Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
  • Excellent Writing Skills: Outstanding writing skills with a proven ability to create engaging B2B content for various channels. IELTS 7.0 or above.
  • Research Skills: Ability to conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to create content that resonates with the target audience.
