Job overview: The CEO Assistant plays a pivotal role in managing and filtering the flow of information to the CEO as well as optimizing the CEO’s time and focus on strategic priorities. The CEO’s Assistant must respond promptly to the CEO’s requests, demonstrating high reliability.

I. Requirements:

  • Age: 26-32
  • Educational Background: Degree in Business, Legal, Communication, or a related field.
  • From 2 years of experience in a similar position, with preference given to candidates with IT experience.
  • English: 7.0 IELTS or equivalent
  • Commit to strict information security.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, handle situations quickly and delicately
  • Have extensive experience in operations or equivalent roles
  • Logical thinking, quick learning, can-do attitude, solution provider
  • Resistant to high pressure at work, proactive, agile, and quick to grasp ideas.
  • Arrange and manage scientific work;
  • Ability to work independently and well in groups, achieving cooperation with everyone
  • Proficient in using software applications for work purposes
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of various fields
  • Willingness to travel domestically or internationally.

II. What we expect you to perform:

1. Communication

  • Play a crucial role in ensuring effective communication between the CEO and internal departments of the Corporation; demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain trust and support at all management levels.
  • Handle complex communications and follow-ups with internal and external partners to coordinate management and expand partnerships.
  • Effectively convey the ideas and proposals of management levels to the CEO.

2. Document preparation and review

  • Prepare and draft speeches and presentations for the CEO for workshops, conferences, interviews, promotional activities, and media engagements.
  • Prepare documents, organize, and summarize important meetings involving the CEO, managers, and external partners.
  • Review legal, business development, branding and other relevant documents in both English and Vietnamese before submitting them to the CEO.

3. Business development

  • Report on operational business matters and propose solutions to follow up on action plans and strategic goals.
  • Support and conduct custom reports (ad-hoc reports) and special projects as requested, ensuring they are completed within deadlines.
  • Assist in the development of strategic plans and policy frameworks to ensure that the Company and Business Units achieve their set objectives.
