Overview

Operyn enables brands to understand and improve how they appear in AI search. We combine visibility tracking, competitive benchmarking, and structured insights into a unified dashboard. We are building the infrastructure layer for brand performance in the AI-native web.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
  • Analyze market trends and contribute insights to business strategy.
  • Build and maintain client database, sales operation, sales process, and documentation.
  • Engage and maintain relationships with key accounts.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Proven at least 5-year experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the SAAS industry.
  • Strong understanding of the US/EU market and business culture.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
