  • Receive training and mentorship in Ecommerce domain (Shopify App) and working with international customers (analyze issues, identify root cause, and gain customer insight) for Shopify app.
  • Collaborate with the development team to handle merchant inquiries under supervision.
  • Collect, analyze, and summarize customer feedback and pain points from support interactions to support product improvements.
  • Support in building features for Shopify app: building user flows, wireframe, product documentation
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the Shopify app ecosystem to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Stay updated on Shopify platform changes, app guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Help monitor key product metrics and KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare reports or insights.

  • Final-year student or recent graduate with a degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or a related field.
  • Good English communication skills, computer literacy.
  • Skilled in analysis, critical thinking, problem-solving, and applying a customer-centric mindset.
  • An interest in, and understanding of e-commerce and technology.
  • Good sense of UX/UI and documentation design is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic, eager to learn, proactive, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Working time: 5 days per week, 9h to 18h15, from Monday to Friday. Allowed 13.5 days absence per year (12 days absence according to laws and 1.5 day absence for annual company trip)
