AuditIQ is a web-based platform that will alert ecommerce merchants to problems affecting their website and opportunities to improve them, and these span a multitude of areas – giving them a 360 degree view on their operations.

Become a Business Analyst, you will contribute directly to the development of AuditIQ, ensuring it remains the leading tool for proactive website optimization. This role offers the opportunity to shape a cutting-edge product with global impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Document key product materials for both internal and external use, including product overviews, user guides, visual assets (images, videos), and other supporting documentation.
  • Support the execution of the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer insights, and overall business objectives.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to uncover opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Developers and Marketers — to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, maintaining alignment with strategic goals and the product vision.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, analyze performance data, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 1.5 years of relevant experience as a product Business Analyst or in relevant roles. Experience in e-commerce is not mandatory but highly preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in decision-making and problem-solving scenarios.
  • Proficient in conducting detailed problem analyses.
  • Fluent in English, especially speaking skills.
  • Advocate for delivering excellent user experiences.
  • Familiarity with data-driven product development is a plus.
