What we expect you to perform
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and organize them into clear, structured requirements
- Support in preparing detailed documents such as business process flows, functional specifications, and UI/UX design requirements.
- Analyze and question requirements to identify potential gaps, dependencies, or logical conflicts.
- Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams to ensure all solutions align with business logic and expected outcomes.
What we’re looking for
- From 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst (Magento and Shopify experience is a plus).
- Strong logical, critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and English skills
- Passionate about technology and eager to apply it to solve real business problems..
- Good teamwork and facilitation skills; able to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and QA teams.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage.
