1. About the Role
Position: Accountant for International Entities
Reporting to: General Accountant / Finance Manager
Key Mission: Take full ownership of accounting for overseas legal entities while transforming financial data into meaningful management insights to support strategic decisions.
2. Key Responsibilities
International Accounting Ownership
- Handle full-cycle accounting for assigned offshore entities.
- Perform bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, and month-end closing.
- Coordinate with external tax agents and corporate secretaries.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and reporting deadlines.
- Prepare monthly P&L and management reports.
Process Improvement & Controls
- Improve revenue and payment workflows.
- Strengthen internal controls and documentation standards.
- Propose automation solutions (Excel, Power Query,…).
3. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing.
- 1–2 years of accounting experience (international exposure is a plus).
- Strong Excel skills (Power Query/BI is an advantage).
- TOEIC 800+ or equivalent; comfortable with English financial documents.
- Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive mindset.
4. Benefits
Salary & Performance Review
- Gross salary: 12 – 15 million VND, commensurate with experience and capability.
- Performance and salary review conducted twice annually.
Working Schedule & Annual Leave
- Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 11:45 AM and 1:15 PM – 5:45 PM.
- Weekends off (Saturday & Sunday).
- 13.5 days of annual leave per year (12 statutory leave days plus 1.5 company travel leave days).
