Responsibilities

As a Senior Business Development Executive, you will play a critical role in driving the company’s growth by identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities. Additionally, you will be responsible for contributing to the processes and procedures of the pipeline.

  • Your main scope of work is to actively look for data from different channels: Cold data, data networks from events, partners, etc. Perform different approaches to cold reach the client, and present company products to gain interest.
  • Contact potential prospects through LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and events.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Building, Managing and nurturing the sales procedures and pipeline based on the current process, ensuring a steady flow of leads to meet sales targets.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and regularly update forecasts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and support throughout the sales cycle.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics to measure outreach effectiveness and overall contribution to pipeline growth.
  • Modify ideal customer profile to increase apps for reaching the final decision markets
  • Lead nurturing: Set up the sequences for Omnichannel outbound communication channels, content, events
  • Prep for lead magnets with the Marketing team: sales material, whitepaper, ebook, webinar, etc
  • Qualify leads to meet output criteria before passing to Business Consultants, optional to join the full sales cycle. 
  • Effectively communicate the product’s value proposition and be able to read through objections and answer competitive questions
  • Set up meetings and demos between prospects and account executives
  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage account executives for the next steps

Requirements

Role requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales development or similar role, preferably in the same industry.
  • Fluent in English (IELTS 7.0+ or TOEIC 700+ is preferable)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets and KPIs.
  • Experience in designing, implementing sales development processes and procedures.
  • Great at communicating: You love connecting with people, building rapport, and thriving on having conversations.
  • Be resilient: You have to be comfortable with the uncomfortable-aka-getting lots of no’s and outright rejections, as well as continuously hunt for new prospects. 
  • Curiosity & Innovation: You are curious about the industry you sell into, the buyers you connect with, and all the things that make the company you work for tick. Willing to try new things to achieve the target.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to optimize outreach strategies.
  • Proficient in the following skills: Research customer data, Call, Create content for Lead Magnet, and Establish relationships (on social media or direct networking).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of additional sales tools and technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
