1. Employee Experience & Culture Building: Digitalize employee experience and culture building

  • A deep commitment to creating environments where people can thrive
  • Assisting the project manager in optimizing team procedures to increase overall team efficiency

2. Learning and Talent Development

  • Coordinating internal training programs: planning, facilitating, and handling any issues that arise; supporting trainers and trainees to ensure the success of the programs
  • Continuously developing leadership and management skills
  • Maintaining an infectious can-do attitude that inspires others and embodies FIRE values

3. Talent Acquisition: Recruitment Marketing and Employer Branding

  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, learning, diversity, performance reviews, as well as policy reviews

REQUIREMENTS

  • Age: 22-26
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, with at least 6 months of full-time work experience in any field
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic, enjoys working with people, and flexible in resolving conflicts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word/Excel or Google Sheets/Docs; MOS certification is a plus
  • Candidates with project coordination experience are preferred
