What we expect you to perform 

  • Lead or collaborate on building new features for our Shopify App: designing user flows, wireframes, and writing clear, precise product documentation (PRDs).
  • Work closely with the development team throughout product implementation, feature testing, and issue resolution.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis within the Shopify app ecosystem to identify emerging trends and product improvement opportunities.
  • Stay continuously updated on Shopify platform changes, app guidelines, and industry best practices.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize feedback and pain points from international merchants via support interactions to propose actionable product enhancements.
  • Help track core product metrics and KPIs, analyze performance data, and prepare regular reports and insights.

What requirements we are looking for

  • 1 year  of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or Product Assistant (prior experience in tech product companies, SaaS, or E-commerce/Shopify is a strong plus).
  • Agile, approachable, and possessing sharp critical thinking skills with the ability to back up product proposals with data.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities paired with a customer-centric mindset.
  • A solid understanding of IT and software development lifecycles.
  • Good sense of UX/UI principles and documentation design.
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
