Job overview
We’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to own the marketing funnel for our flagship Magento POS product. This is a mature product in a stable B2B market — your job is to maintain and optimize the funnel that’s already in place, defend our conversion rates, and find efficient ways to keep qualified merchants and agencies coming to our sales team.
You’ll report directly to the leadership team and own a single, clear KPI: sales qualified leads. You’ll work closely with leadership on growth strategy, with the autonomy to own execution end-to-end. You’ll also collaborate with our SEO, content, and ads specialists to keep the funnel running.
As Magestore continues to invest in R&D for new products, this role also opens the door to leading growth for adjacent product lines.
Responsibilities
Funnel ownership and reporting
- Own the weekly SQL number for Magento POS, including reporting, analysis, and recommendations
- Maintain and improve our existing measurement setup
- Run weekly performance reviews with leadership, surfacing what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do next
- Translate funnel data into specific actions: which pages to fix, which channels to defend, which experiments to run next
Funnel optimization and experimentation
- Identify and address conversion leaks across the funnel, from first touch to first sales meeting
- Run structured experiments (A/B tests, landing page iterations, channel pilots) with documented results
- Optimize lead capture, nurture sequences, and meeting-booking flows for efficiency
- Defend organic and inbound performance as the primary acquisition foundation
Cross-functional collaboration
- Work closely with SEO, content, and ads specialists to align execution with funnel outcomes
- Partner with the business consultant team to ensure marketing output translates into qualified first meetings
- Support leadership in evaluating growth opportunities for adjacent and upcoming products
Requirements
- Min 2 years of experience in growth, performance, or inbound marketing, ideally within a B2B software or eCommerce context
- Strong analytical foundation: comfortable living in dashboards and extracting insight from imperfect data
- Hands-on experience with marketing analytics tools, especially Google tools.
- Working knowledge of digital and inbound marketing, with practical experience in SEO and/or content marketing strongly preferred — you’ll need to collaborate effectively with specialists in these areas
- Experience running structured experiments (A/B tests, channel tests) with documented outcomes
- Understanding of conversion tracking and basic attribution in B2B funnels with longer sales cycles
- Comfortable with low-volume, high-value B2B markets where every lead matters
- Highly organized, proactive, and accountable — you don’t wait to be told something isn’t working
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English. IELTS 6.5 or above
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Magento, Shopify, or Adobe Commerce ecosystem
- Experience working with sales teams in B2B software
