Position overview

A partner marketing specialist at Magestore builds and activates partnerships as a key source of business.

You will work closely with agencies, technology providers, and ecosystem partners in the Magento and Shopify space to run co-marketing and co-selling initiatives, turning partnerships into consistent pipeline and revenue contribution.

Responsibilities

Partnership development and management (70%)

Build and grow partner network:

  • Identify, connect, and onboard partners in the Magento and Shopify ecosystem
  • Present Magestore solutions and partnership program

Drive partnership initiatives:

  • Plan and execute co-marketing and co-selling activities (email, content, webinars, events, referrals)
  • Explore product collaboration opportunities (e.g., integrations)
  • Support collaboration on shared customer projects when needed

Manage partnership operations:

  • Coordinate contracts, account setup, and commission tracking
  • Maintain partner information and internal documentation
  • Handle partner engagement activities (events, communication)

Track performance and insights:

  • Monitor and report partnership performance (pipeline, revenue, branding)
  • Share partner and market insights with internal teams

Co-marketing execution (30%)

Own execution of co-marketing activities with partners:

  • Plan and run joint campaigns across channels (email, LinkedIn, partner platforms)
  • Coordinate content distribution for partner campaigns
  • Support basic setup of email and social campaigns to amplify partner initiatives

Requirements

Must-have

  • At least 1 year of experience working with international partners in the B2B software industry
  • Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
  • Performance-driven, with attention to metrics and outcomes
  • Strong communication skills in English (minimum IELTS 7.0 or equivalent), able to run meetings and negotiate with partners

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in digital marketing execution (email, LinkedIn, or similar channels)
  • Experience organizing or supporting events and webinars
  • Active presence on LinkedIn or experience using it for professional outreach
  • Familiarity with Magento, Shopify, or B2B SaaS ecosystems

Working environment

  • 5 working days per week, from Monday to Friday
