BSS Digiworks is a marketing unit under BSS Group, focused on delivering SEO and content-driven growth for global clients. We work with businesses across industries such as eCommerce, SaaS, and B2B, helping them scale organic traffic and conversions through high-quality content and SEO strategies.

We are looking for a Content SEO Executive to support the planning, production, and optimization of SEO-driven content across multiple client projects.

This role focuses on executing content strategies, managing freelancers, and ensuring high-quality content that aligns with search intent and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

1. Content execution 

  • Conduct keyword and search intent research
  • Create content outlines aligned with SEO objectives
  • Write and edit SEO content (blogs, landing pages, product pages, etc.), 
  • Ensure accuracy and clarity in technical or industry-specific topics
  • Optimize content for on-page SEO

2. Freelancer management and quality control

  • Assign tasks to freelancers and manage deadlines
  • Provide feedback and revisions for freelancer content, ensuring all content meets project-specific requirements and quality standards

3. Content process & workflow optimization

  • Assist in building and optimizing checklists and guidelines for different projects
  • Support the development of AI-assisted content processes

Requirements

Must-have

  • 1+ years of experience in SEO content writing
  • Strong understanding of search intent and SEO content structure
  • Strong English writing skills
  • Experience writing blogs, landing pages, or product content

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working with freelancers
  • Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
  • Experience in B2B or eCommerce content
