Job Description:

  • Support users in onboarding and effectively using BSS Commerce Shopify apps.
  • Work cross-functionally with the product team to resolve customer issues.
  • Identify and communicate technical problems to the development team for resolution.
  • Consolidate customer feedback, including common issues and feature requests, to contribute to product improvements.

Requirements:

  • Preferably 20-25 years old.
  • Working hours are from : 23h00 – 03h00 or 03h00 – 07h00 on weekdays (Mon-Fri) and optional weekend shifts.
  • Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
  • Active listening, empathy, and clear communication skills.
  • Prior experience in Shopify customer support and e-commerce is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus point.
  • Team-oriented mindset with fast learning ability and a high sense of responsibility.
