ROLE OBJECTIVE

The Business Consultant is responsible for customer experience, conversion, and long-term value of assigned accounts, with a strong focus on presales customers, VIP clients, and complex requirements.

This is not a ticket-based support role. The Business Consultant owns customer outcomes end to end, from initial consultation and onboarding to product adoption and value expansion.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Presales and conversion
  • Handle presales calls based on assigned working shifts
  • Analyze customer needs and consult suitable business solutions
  • Follow up potential leads referred from CS, collaborators, or other channels
  • Drive customers to actively use the app and convert to paid plans
2. Customer care and retention
  • Manage a dedicated list of VIP customers
  • Conduct 1:1 onboarding, setup consulting, and handle special requests
  • Monitor product usage and proactively recommend improvements
  • Reduce churn and increase customer lifetime value
3. Post-meeting follow-up and complex case handling
  • Summarize requirements and action items after customer meetings
  • Coordinate with Tech or Dev teams to track bug fixes and custom workflows
  • Proactively update customers on progress and outcomes
4. Customer Support quality control
  • Be responsible for a fixed group of Customer Support collaborators
  • Regularly review conversation quality and customer experience
  • Take over poorly handled conversations to recover potential customers
  • Ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong English skills in speaking, writing, reading, and listening
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience in Business Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Consulting, or SaaS
  • Experience in presales calls, objection handling, and long-term case follow-up
  • Strong ownership mindset with focus on final outcomes
  • Ability to analyze issues, prioritize tasks, and work independently
  • Clear and structured communication with customers and internal teams
  • Fast learner with technology or SaaS products
  • Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evening and night shifts

WORKING SCHEDULE

Weekly flexible shifts:

  • 09:00 – 18:00 (office-based)
  • 18:00 – 00:00 (online)
  • 00:00 – 09:00 (online)

At least one office day per week

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Base salary: up to 15,000,000 VND
  • Quarterly KPI bonus: 20 – 40% of monthly salary, based on:
    • Presales conversion rate
    • Retention and revenue of managed customers
    • Case handling quality and customer experience
