We are expanding our team and seeking a Business Analyst to help define requirements, analyze merchant behavior, and drive clarity across product and development

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst, you sit at the center of product discovery and delivery.
You support Product Owner across all B2B Suite modules by translating business needs into clear requirements, documenting workflows, analyzing data, and ensuring alignment between user expectations and final features.

You play a critical role in making our apps predictable, scalable, and easy for merchants worldwide.

What we expect you to perform:

1. Requirements Gathering & Documentation

  • Work with PMs to clarify scope and translate ideas into clear BRD/FRD, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Map complex B2B workflows (pricing, catalog rules, customer groups, checkout flows).
  • Maintain up-to-date requirement docs, edge cases, and logic diagrams.
  • Support in writing user stories for Jira with clear acceptance criteria.

2. Product Analysis & Research

  • Analyze merchant feedback (Crisp, reviews, data logs) to identify real pain points.
  • Benchmark competitors and summarize insights.
  • Support PM in researching industry patterns (B2B workflows, ERP, POS, tax logic).

3. Data & Usage Insights

  • Track and summarize key usage metrics (activation, rules created, onboarding steps).
  • Support PM in building dashboards / reports for product decision-making.
  • Identify root causes behind low usage or high support cases.

4. Workflow & UX Support

  • Create simple flowcharts, logic diagrams, and wireframe sketches to support PM and Designers.
  • Ensure feature logic is consistent across the B2B Suite
  • Validate UX from a business logic perspective.

5. Sprint & Delivery Collaboration

  • Support PM in grooming features with Dev/QA.
  • Help clarify edge cases during development.
  • Validate feature behavior before QA passes to ensure it matches requirements.

What we’re looking for

  • 1–3 years of experience as Business Analyst / System Analyst / Product Analyst (Junior–Mid).
  • Strong logical thinking and ability to break problems into steps, rules, and scenarios.
  • Experience writing BRD, FRD, user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical requirements for developers.
  • Ability to create flowcharts, logic diagrams, and basic wireframes using tools like Miro, draw.io, or Figma.
  • Good understanding of SaaS or eCommerce workflows.
