What you’ll be doing:

  • Help customers set up and use Omni Themes’ products: Shopify Themes and Apps on their Shopify stores.
  • Work closely with our developer & CS team to report technical issues and handle customization requests.
  • Keep customers updated on their requests and suggest helpful solutions when needed.
  • Take on other tasks as assigned – we’re always learning and growing together!
  • Make sure our customers feel happy and supported throughout their journey.

Requirements:

  • Ideally a university student in their third or final year.
  • Minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, with a shift from 21:00 to 01:00, or 22:00 to 2:00, or 23:00 to 3:00 
  • Priority is given to candidates who are available to work on weekends and public holidays (based on shift allocation).
  • Compensation is based on hours worked.
  • Proficient in English (IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent).
  • Basic technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analytical thinking.
  • Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Quick learner, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
