Job Description:

  • Provide customer support during the installation and usage of BSS Commerce Shopify products.
  • Collaborate with the development team to create tasks, relay technical issues, and manage customizations.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests and offer solutions as needed.
  • Report recurring issues to the product team for ongoing product improvements.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ideally a university student in their third or final year, aged 22-25.
  • Working hours are from 0:00 to 7:00 AM on weekdays. Weekend shifts are optional.
  • Compensation based on hours worked.
  • Proficient in English (IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent).
  • Basic technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, and analytical thinking.
  • Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Quick learner, team-oriented, and able to work independently.
