Requirements:
– At least 6 months full-time working experience in related fields
– A strategic and growth mindset focused on initiating new ideas and stories to elevate our communications approach.
– Stellar communication skills, with the ability to understand and communicate complex ideas persuasively and efficiently through digital, social, print and spoken channels.
– Keen attention to detail, editing and proofreading skills, and high standards for timely product delivery, including by liaising with managers & directors
– Readiness to work in a fast-paced, complex yet dynamic work environment, and multitask on a variety of projects while operating with a sense of urgency and delivering excellent quality.
– A team player with a strong desire to learn and collaborate as part of an integrated team, while also being self-driven and independent.

1. Talent Acquisition: Employer Branding
– Supporting welcome onboarding, learning, diversity, performance review as well as policy review
2. Employee Experience & Culture Building: Digitalize employee experience and Culture building
– Ability to and a deep commitment to creating environments people can thrive in
– Be responsible for updating information, writing articles, and editing content across internal communication channels, including news stories, leadership messages, website content, newsletters and speaking/interview/training notes across communication channels, while enhancing brand awareness and development knowledge.
– Expand and diversify communication channels to effectively share and deliver information to employees, maximizing internal engagement and resources.
– Participate in building plans and coordinating the implementation of internal communication campaigns and corporate culture initiatives in alignment with the company’s strategic direction.
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, Marketing, and other departments, to ensure alignment of internal communication efforts with the company’s goals and objectives.
3. Learning and Talent Development
– Coordinating internal training programs: planning, facilitating and handle all the issues arisen; support trainers and trainees to ensure the success of the programs
– Using and continually develop leadership and management skills
– Having an infectious can-do attitude that inspires others and potentially hold FIRE values
