Omni Themes offers Shopify’s shop owners premium Shopify themes and eCommerce services. We help merchants build beautiful, high-performing online stores with expertly crafted themes, custom design, and dedicated support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Engagement & Conversion: Connect with potential customers through calls, messages, or consultations to understand their needs and guide them toward the right services;
  • Customer Understanding: Learn about customer preferences through conversations and available data to help suggest the most relevant service options;
  • Lead Qualification: Leverage and analyze available databases from various sources to identify and prioritize high-potential customers for service offerings;
  • Service Customization Support: Work with clients and team members to adapt service offerings, ensuring they align with customer needs and expectations;
  • New Lead Prospecting: Explore and identify new leads through social media, online communities, events, or partnerships;
  • Marketing Support & Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to follow up on leads from campaigns and events, helping turn interest into action;
  • Sales Insights & Improvement: Use data and feedback to help improve sales approaches and contribute ideas for better outreach and conversion strategies.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales or business development role. Ability to manage client relationships, pursue leads, and close deals;
  • Fluent in English (IELTS 7.0+ or TOEIC 800+ preferred);
  • Strong communication in verbal and written communication, enjoys engaging with diverse individuals, and is confident in building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Resilient and comfortable with rejection;
  • Goal-oriented: Ability to set, pursue, and achieve performance targets and quotas. Prior experience in goal setting and execution is essential;
  • Interest in learning and growing in a sales role;
  • Curiosity and Innovative Thinking: Proactive in understanding industry trends, customer behavior, and internal processes. Open to experimenting with new strategies to achieve objectives;
  • Flexibility in Working Hours: Willingness to work across varying time zones to effectively communicate with global clients.

Preferred qualifications

  • Proficient in one of the following skills: Research customer data, Call, Create content for Lead Magnet, and Establish relationships (on social media or direct networking);
  • Experience in implementing sales development processes and procedures;
  • Knowledge of additional sales tools and technologies (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo).
