Job Description

  • Provide prompt assistance to international customers in setting up and effectively using our Shopify applications.

  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues that arise during the use of our apps.

  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure problems are addressed quickly and efficiently.

  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their cases and maintain clear, smooth communication throughout the support process.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned when necessary.

Requirements

  • Working hours (UTC+7): Remote shift from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM, Tuesday to Saturday (official schedule applied after completing the training period).

  • Strong English proficiency, equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above.

  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

  • Previous experience in Customer Support or Technical Support, particularly in the Technology or E-commerce industry, is an advantage.

  • Hardworking, detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn new tools and technologies.

  • Good communication skills with strong abilities in time management and self-management.
