Job Description:
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality customer service.
- Assist customers during the installation and usage of BSS Commerce Shopify products.
- Coordinate with the development team by creating tasks, relaying technical issues, and managing customizations as needed.
- Keep customers informed on the status of their requests.
- Report recurring issues to the product team to support continuous improvement.
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ideally a university student in their third or final year, or between 22-25 years old.
- The working hours are from 8:30 to 11:30, or 13h30 to 17h30 on weekdays. Weekend shifts are optional.
- Compensation is based on actual hours worked.
- Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
- Strong skills in communication, presentation, analysis, and critical thinking.
- Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
- Team-oriented with a quick learning capability.
