Job Description:

  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality customer service.
  • Assist customers during the installation and usage of BSS Commerce Shopify products.
  • Coordinate with the development team by creating tasks, relaying technical issues, and managing customizations as needed.
  • Keep customers informed on the status of their requests.
  • Report recurring issues to the product team to support continuous improvement.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Ideally a university student in their third or final year, or between 22-25 years old.
  • The working hours are from 8:30 to 11:30, or 13h30 to 17h30 on weekdays. Weekend shifts are optional.
  • Compensation is based on actual hours worked.
  • Proficient in English with an IELTS score of 6.5 or equivalent.
  • Strong skills in communication, presentation, analysis, and critical thinking.
  • Prior experience in customer support for tech or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
  • Team-oriented with a quick learning capability.
