Overview of position: 

BSS Commerce is one of the best-experienced eCommerce solution providers worldwide. We specialize in popular eCommerce platforms like Magento, Shopify, BigCommerce, and Shopware. The Senior Business Development Executive is a part of our sales team. You are responsible for identifying opportunities with potential leads throughout multiple channels and regions, from APAC to Europe and the Middle East to North America.

You are a self-starting problem solver with a knack for sales but a passion for technology. You are passionate about combining your technical expertise with your understanding of customer business needs to solve complex problems.

What will you do:

  • Conduct research and analysis of competitor products and services.
  • Follow the sales flow to generate high-quality leads and convert them into customers.
  • Identify potential companies/agencies, evaluate contacts, and establish partnerships to cross-sell services and establish technical and strategic cooperation.
  • Monitor, record, and report performance to the Manager.
  • Nurture customer relationships.
  • Achieve target sales.
  • Provide support and collaborate with other team members.

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the high-tech eCommerce industry, with a proven track record of exceeding lead targets.
  • Demonstrated experience in B2B sales and establishing relationships with international customers.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proficient knowledge of sales tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot is an advantage.
  • Effective communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
