DESCRIPTIONS
- Coordinating internal training programs: planning, facilitating and handling all the issues arisen;
- Assist project manager to optimize team’s procedures to increase the whole team’s efficiency;
- Assure that team members follow the team’s working procedure;
- Connect and bond trainees with the whole team, make them feel welcome and connected;
- Have an infectious can-do attitude that inspires others and encourages great performance in a fast-moving environment;
- Quality assuring the work logging data output of developers & members at the end of days, including but not limited to;
- Other tasks that are assigned by managers.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age 21-23;
- Be able to work fulltime, final year students are acceptable, at least 3 months of working experience in related fields;
- Candidates with extra curriculumn activites experience related to people, networking, organizing are preferred;
- Be open to receive advice, feedback from team members;
- Have interest in technology and working with product teams is a plus;
- Good communication and organization skills;
- Enthusiastic, enjoy working with people and flexible in resolving conflicts with others;
- Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word/Excel or Google Sheets/docs. MOS certification is a plus.
