• Coordinating internal training programs: planning, facilitating and handling all the issues arisen;
  • Assist project manager to optimize team’s procedures to increase the whole team’s efficiency;
  • Assure that team members follow the team’s working procedure;
  • Connect and bond trainees with the whole team, make them feel welcome and connected;
  • Have an infectious can-do attitude that inspires others and encourages great performance in a fast-moving environment;
  • Quality assuring the work logging data output of developers & members at the end of days, including but not limited to;
  • Other tasks that are assigned by managers.



  • Age 21-23;
  • Be able to work fulltime, final year students are acceptable, at least 3 months of working experience in related fields;
  • Candidates with extra curriculumn activites experience related to people, networking, organizing are preferred;
  • Be open to receive advice, feedback from team members;
  • Have interest in technology and working with product teams is a plus;
  • Good communication and organization skills;
  • Enthusiastic, enjoy working with people and flexible in resolving conflicts with others;
  • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Word/Excel or Google Sheets/docs. MOS certification is a plus.
