Experienced in writing. Provide your former writings when applying.
Knowledge of SEO is prefered.
Commit to deadlines and schedules. Commit to working at least 4 months.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, systems, and processes.

Report working results weekly
Work 20 hours/week, get salary by the amount of working results. Allowed to work from home.
